Meet a Beautiful Blonde Swedish Girl Dating Swedish Women isn’t Easy

So recently the past few months , I’ve been so anxious to get a boyfriend I’m a gay male mind you and I’ve been feeling so extremely lonely. I’ve searched all the dating apps. Talked to countless guys. Been ghosted here and there, but yesterday I talked to this guy and he seemed decent so after a while we decided to get dinner tonight, and well, we did.

I’m writing this just an hour prior to the meal. But about the date, to sum it up:

The pressure to “settle” can be very daunting, especially to a single woman who’s faced with the social stigma due to their solo status. And then there’s the whole “ biological clock ” ticking.

And you know what that means: But that’s not exactly what I am talking about. The time of year it seems that everyone seems to be in a relationship but you. The season that makes you want a relationship most. You see all your friends posting cute fall pictures, going on cute dates to pumpkin patches, going Christmas shopping for their significant other and the list goes on and on. It’s the season where everyone wants someone just to cuddle up and watch Christmas movies and go to bonfires with, or to bring home to your family on Thanksgiving.

I am guilty when I say that I fall into this category too. Who doesn’t wanna do cute fall-y things with someone they care about? I know I sure do because anyone that knows me knows that I am actually obsessed with this season like any typical white girl is. I literally have a Christmas tree up in my room year round. Anyways, what I’m saying is that seeing everyone around you be in a relationship except for you, makes it really hard not to want one. It also makes it really hard not to get caught up and end up settling for someone, just to have someone.

I have to constantly remind myself that all good things come with time. And honestly, when I step back and think about it, it sounds pretty dumb to just settle for someone.

Why Women Settle

Tweet Do you settle for relationships with people because you secretly believe that you can’t do better? I once knew a wonderful and loving minister who used to tell a story about one of his parishioners who came to him for guidance. She was a lovely woman who was having trouble financially. I know for a fact that there are some things no one ever tells you about dating in your 20s, and you deserve to know those things. Maybe some of you reading this are in high school or college or in your early 20s, and you want to know what to expect. The dating world is quite similar to movies and TV shows where you literally cannot go anywhere without finding a hot person to hook up with.
